PrimeoLab is the software & AI engineering division of ECOM Global Investment Ltd. We are a deliberately small, senior team across the United Kingdom and Mauritius who design and build custom software from scratch — with the patience and vigilance that word deserves — and then implement AI inside our clients’ operations so their repetitive work runs itself.
Why we started.
We kept meeting good businesses paying for six tools that almost fit — teams drowning in copy-paste between tabs, and owners over-quoted by agencies for software that still needed bending to the way they actually work. PrimeoLab was founded in 2026 to be the alternative — a senior-only lab that studies your workflow first, designs every screen for your approval, and then engineers the product by hand.
Then we go a step past the typical agency. Once your product is live, we wire AI automation into your operations — the invoices, inboxes and reports that should handle themselves — each action logged, each saving measured and reported in money. Your team keeps the judgement; the machine keeps the busywork.
