Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use PrimeoLab — whatever device, browser or assistive technology you rely on. This statement explains where we stand, what we have done, and how to tell us when we fall short.
1.Our commitment
PrimeoLab is the software & AI engineering division of ECOM Global Investment Ltd. We treat accessibility as part of doing the work properly, not an afterthought — both on this website and in the systems we build for clients.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the UK Equality Act 2010 and the European standard EN 301 549.
2.Conformance status
www.primeolab.com is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Substantially conformant” means we meet the standard across the site, with a small number of known exceptions we are actively working through (listed below).
We review accessibility as part of every release, and we re-test the public site whenever we change its design or structure.
3.What we have done
Concrete measures already in place across the site:
- Semantic structure — one main heading per page, a logical heading order, and landmarks (navigation, main, footer) so assistive technology can navigate by region.
- Keyboard support — every interactive element (menus, the services panel, FAQ toggles, forms and buttons) can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
- Decorative imagery hidden — illustrations, diagrams and icons that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers, so you hear the content, not the scenery.
- Readable contrast — text and interface colours are chosen for strong contrast against our dark theme.
- Reflow & zoom — the layout reflows to a single column on small screens and remains usable when zoomed to 200%.
- Reduced motion — non-essential animation is kept restrained and respects the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
- Labelled forms — every form field has a visible label and clear, text-based error messages.
4.Known limitations
We would rather be honest than tidy. We are currently improving:
- Complex diagrams — a few signature illustrations (for example the automation and integration visuals) convey their meaning through the surrounding text rather than a full text alternative of the graphic itself.
- Third-party content — where we embed a status or scheduling widget from another provider, its accessibility is partly outside our control; we choose vendors who take it seriously and raise issues with them.
If any of these blocks you, contact us and we will give you the information another way.
5.Compatibility
The site is built and tested to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) on desktop and mobile, together with the screen readers commonly paired with them.
It should also work with older browsers and assistive technology, though some visual polish may differ.
6.Tell us about a problem
If you meet a barrier on this site, or you need something from us in a different format, please tell us:
- Email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
- Or use our contact form
We aim to reply within 5 working days. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
7.Enforcement
We will always try to put things right ourselves first. If you are in the United Kingdom and remain unhappy with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can advise you on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
